14‑Day Return Policy
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused
• In its original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Used candles, custom items, and sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return
Email pebbleandwickcandles@hotmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll share the next steps.

Shipping Costs
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. A tracked service is recommended.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if needed.
