All items are handmade in small batches.

We aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
5. Shipping
Processing times and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.

7. Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They can be used on any product available on our website.
